1、如何使用乐友e元

乐友e元是在乐友商城内使用的一种电子货币，在网站购物每个乐友e元相当于1元人民币使用，但仅限于在乐友公司消费使用。

2、如何使用乐友礼金卡

尊敬的乐友顾客您可以在乐友网及乐友专卖店购物时使用此卡:

（一）在乐友网商城选购商品请参照以下流程:
       1.进入http://www.leyou.com注册，如已经是注册用户可以直接购买产品。
       2.将您要买的商品放入购物车，商品选择完毕后点击“结帐”。
       3.填入登录名和密码、确认收货人信息。
       4.选择送货方式为送货上门，然后点击去付款。
       5.选择支付方式为乐友卡支付，输入乐友卡号、密码即可。
       6.当您选择的商品价格超过卡中限额时，我们的系统会先划拨您礼金卡中的余额后再用您已选择的付款方式接受超额部分的
         支付。当您选择的商品价格不足卡中限额的，系统会将余款保留，以便您下次购物使用。

（二）在乐友专卖店选购商品请参照以下流程：
       1.在商店里先选择您想要购买的商品。
       2.结帐时，在专卖店收银员的协助下使用乐友礼金卡。
       3.商品总价格若超出卡内金额，请您用现金支付超出部分。
       4.在收银员与乐友总部确认支付成功后即可从店中直接提取商品。

How to use Leyou Gift Card?
Using a Leyou Gift Card at Leyou.com
1. Enter www.leyou.com to register as a Leyou member. As a member, you can purchase any item online.
2. Find products you would like to purchase and place them in the shopping cart, then click "Checkout".
3. Enter your login name and password to confirm your information.
4. Select delivery option "Door to Door", then click "Checkout".
5. Select payment option "Leyou Gift Card", then enter your card number and passcode.
6. If your order is more than the balance on your Leyou Gift Card, funds will be deducted from your card first.

You will need to pay the difference with additional payment option.If your order is less than the balance on your Leyou Gift Card, the remaining amount will be available on your card for future purchases.
Using a Leyou Gift Card at Leyou Stores
1. Select items you would like purchase in Leyou store.
2. Present your Leyou Gift Card at checkout, and enter your passcode by yourself.
3. If your order is more than the balance on your Leyou Gift Card, you will need to pay the difference with cash.
4. Our cashier will complete your order after confirming the Leyou Gift Card transaction.
